In accordance with Arts. 12 and 14 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), as Holders of the data processing, Crisan Plast S.r.l. provides Information to Users who interact with the Crisan Plast S.r.l. website, which can be accessed at the address: www.Crisanplast.com, and to clients, suppliers and collaborators who provide their personal data during a contractual relationship.

1.   Holder of the processing

The “holder” of the processing of data relating to identified or identifiable people, is Crisan Plast S.r.l., whose premises are in: Via Enrico Fermi 1/3/5, 28061 Biandrate (NO), Italy.

2.   Type of data gathered

Navigation data – log files

During normal running, the computer systems and software procedures suggested to make websites work acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols (Internet domain and IP protocol, browser type and operating system of the computer used, date, time and length of visit to the site, pages viewed, any search engine from which the site was entered).

The personal data gathered is entered into the company’s database and kept for the duration of the requested service, at the end of which, it will be cancelled or made anonymous within the times established by law.

If the data subject withdraws his consent to the specific processing, the data will be cancelled or made anonymous within 30 working days of receipt of the withdrawal.

7.   Rights of the data subject

The data subject can exercise the rights stipulated in Art. 15 (right of access by the data subject), Art. 16 (right to rectification), Art. 17 (right to erasure, “right to be forgotten”), Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing), Art. 20 (right to data portability) and Art. 21 (right to object) of Regulation 2016/679, by writing to the Holder of the data processing, to the address: info@crisanplast.com, or by writing a letter to: Crisan Plast S.r.l., whose premises are in: Via Enrico Fermi 1/3/5, 28061 Biandrate (NO), Italy.

The user has the right to make a complaint to the Supervising Authority for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it.

Exercising one’s rights is not subject to any formal requirements and is free of charge.

Once this information has been viewed, it is assumed that consent to the processing of the personal data mentioned above has been given.

8.   Terms of use

Access to the website of Crisan Plast S.r.l. implies acceptance of the application of Italian law and the authority of Italian courts.

The images, graphics, texts, data and trademarks contained in the information material and on the website are the property of Crisan Plast S.r.l. or are legitimately used by Crisan Plast S.r.l. with the authorisation of their respective owners, who may have placed specific limitations on their use.
